  1. To book the room you can contact us by email or phone. We will require your first name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address, to which a confirmation email will be sent. <\/li>\n

The confirmation e-mail summarizes all reservation details, which are considered accepted upon payment of the deposit, which will be 30% of the stay; we do not accept confirmations by phone only as the reservation details cannot be documented. Requests after the reservation are considered valid if received via e-mail or chat and accepted with acknowledgement from us. <\/li>\n
