We accept cash up to the amounts allowed by law, checks, ATM payments, Visa and Mastercard as payment methods. We do not accept payment by American Express.
To book your room you can contact us by email or by phone.
We will require your first name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address, to which a confirmation email will be sent.
The confirmation e-mail summarizes all reservation details, which are considered accepted upon payment of the deposit, which will be 30% of the stay; we do not accept confirmations by phone only as the reservation details cannot be documented.
Requests after the reservation are considered valid if received via e-mail or chat and accepted with acknowledgement from us.

In “reason for payment”, please include the Last Name or Reference of the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
Our cancellation policies, which are understood to be accepted upon submission of the 30% deposit, are as follows:
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned, we give the possibility to recover it with a Voucher to be used during the current season or possibly even in the next season (winter/summer)
- NO SHOW from 7 days to the day of arrival 100% of the amount of the stay.
- For any interruptions of the stay nothing is due for restitution.
INSURED HOLIDAY
In all cases, we strongly recommend that you insure your holiday to cover cancellations or interruptions at a cost of 4.8 percent of the total booking amount. By accessing the Care4You Policy you are protected on both the penalties to be paid and the deposit (which will be returned to you net of the deductible)
Of course, for a peaceful stay without surprises, it is our advice to take out a BOOK WITHOUT THOUGHTS policy.
According to current regulations, a late arrival, cancellation or interruption of your stay triggers penalties against you.
To avoid such unpleasantness, we suggest that you take out insurance in case of trip cancellation.

The same protects you in case of:
- Reservation cancellation due to illness or serious accident of the guest for whom the stay was booked;
- Serious accident or sudden serious emergency resulting in hospitalization of a member of the guest’s family;
- Serious damage (theft, fire, etc.) to the guest’s property (house, apartment) necessarily requiring his or her presence.
In each of the above cases, it is necessary to submit a certificate stating the reason for the cancellation (medical certificate/law enforcement certificate, etc.).
The service covers only the cancellation of the entire stay and cannot be adopted in case of any delayed arrival or early departure.
Check in is after 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and the room must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
When it comes to checking out, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am.
Different times can be arranged directly at the reception.
You will be charged €45.00 for staying in the room until 6 p.m. if the room is available.
The payment (for the stay and extras) is made at the end of the stay and can be made by cash, check or credit/debit card.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.

We gladly adapt dishes in respect of food allergies and intolerances. Please communicate it when booking. We are not certified or anything else, but we collaborate with the Guest on a daily basis in order to be able to propose adapted dishes to each person.
Only in winter: possibility of meal voucher to eat lunch at high altitude at affiliated refuges (can be purchased at receptions)
In Summer and Winter, you can request a basket with sandwiches, water and fruit.
At the restaurant you will find:
- Buffet breakfast, there is a menu for lunch and dinner (when requesting, please indicate preferences for vegetarian menus and any intolerances and/or allergies)
- Once a week typical Trentino dinner
- Dishes for children on request without extra charge and personalized baby food for infants at the indication of mom and dad.
BREAKFAST:
A rich buffet is waiting to satisfy your every desire: fruit juices, organic products, homemade cakes, yogurt, cereals and fruit corner.
LUNCH:
Served at the table, it can be booked from day to day with maximum freedom.
DINNER:
Served at the table, with a choice of three first courses, three second courses, a rich buffet of appetizers and vegetarian dishes.
The kitchen staff is most willing to accommodate any baby food preparation needs.
We only ask you to provide us with creams and homogenized baby food.
We also offer the possibility of fast baby dinner with parents in the dining room at 7 p.m.
IN SUMMER
Access is not allowed in common areas such as Restaurant, Bar, Miniclub and Wellness Center.
Those traveling with their pet know the rules about any damage done to the furnishings, which will be charged at the end of their stay

IN WINTER.
We are sorry but in the winter season we are unable to accept pets.
In our hotel with a mini club, children are all welcome!
In fact, for the little ones (from 3 years old and up), we have a space where they can give free rein to their imagination, creativity and desire to play in the company of new, nice friends and our competent animators.
We try to offer daily services of the highest quality designed to make the families’ stay an excellent and problem-free parenthesis. We will do everything to make you happy!

Monday – Saturday: From 09:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 4 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Sunday: From 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Summer in Andalo for kids is about woods to discover, outdoor games and lots of outdoor fun… these are the watchwords!
WINTER HOURS
Monday – Saturday: From 09:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Sunday: From 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Winter is a perfect combination of whitewashed peaks and lots and lots of snow!
At the mini club we accept children from age 3 and up.
At the mini club, manual activities, group games, drawing, cinema are offered alternately.
The kitchen staff is most willing to accommodate any baby food preparation needs.
All we ask is to possibly provide us with creams and baby food.
We also offer the possibility of fast baby dinner with parents in the dining room at 7 p.m.
For children it is possible to write on the menu what you want, at no extra charge.
(Pasta with tomato, meat sauce, pesto cutlet and fried potatoes, vegetable puree, tortellini, minestrone…)
Some services are for a fee,
- Full board: it is possible to reserve lunch from our menu, even on a day-to-day basis.
Lunch must be reserved by the previous evening and is available from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. - All drinks.
- Extra lunch to be arranged also day by day with a la carte menu
- Electric car recharge
- Treatments and massages in our Wellness Center
