Terms and Conditions

1. To book the room you can contact us by email or phone. We will require your first name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address, to which a confirmation email will be sent.
2. The confirmation e-mail summarizes all reservation details, which are considered accepted upon payment of the deposit, which will be 30% of the stay; we do not accept confirmations by phone only as the reservation details cannot be documented. Requests after the reservation are considered valid if received via e-mail or chat and accepted with acknowledgement from us.

3. The cancellation policies that are understood to be accepted by sending the 30% deposit are as follows:

   • In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned, we give the possibility to recover it with a Voucher to be used during the current season or possibly even in the next season (winter/summer)

   • NO SHOW from 7 days to the day of arrival 100% of the amount of the stay.

   • For any interruption of the stay nothing is due for refund.

   INSURED HOLIDAY
   
   In all cases, we strongly recommend that you insure your holiday to cover cancellations or interruptions at a cost of 4.8 percent of the total booking amount. By accessing the Care4You Policy, you are protected on both the penalties to be paid and the deposit (which will be returned to you net of the deductible).
   Insurance coverage must be issued within 48 hours of booking confirmation of your stay and must be taken out for the full amount of your stay

4. The payment (for the stay and extras) is made at the end of the stay and can be made by cash, check or credit/debit card. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
5. Prices and discounts are approximate, in certain periods they may be subject to reductions or increases. For this reason, in the booking confirmation email that we send out we write the price of the stay as per the proposed quote.
6. Check in is after 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and the room must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
7. When booking, we cannot confirm room number, floor, exact square footage and location.
8. Half board includes lodging, breakfast and dinner, excluding drinks and additional services. It is possible to have lunch at the hotel restaurant and, in this case, the meal is charged as extra. Lunch or dinner booked but not used will still be charged.
9. All services not listed under “included in the price” are to be considered extras.
10. For anything not specified above we refer to the “Hotel Uses” issued by the Trento Chamber of Commerce.

    General conditions:
    
    • Prices do not include the € 2 tourist tax from 14 years of age
    • Prices in half board per room, excluding drinks
    • Possibility to have lunch can be decided from day to day, lunch is paid extra
    • For stays of less than 5 nights we send you the quote on request
    • Meals and services included but are not refunded if not used
    • Prices are approximate, only estimates prepared by our staff are valid

    Rooms proposed in quotes are never considered optioned or confirmed until the deposit is paid.
