To book your room you can contact us by email or by phone.
We will require your first name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address, to which a confirmation email will be sent.
The confirmation e-mail summarizes all reservation details, which are considered accepted upon payment of the deposit, which will be 30% of the stay; we do not accept confirmations by phone only as the reservation details cannot be documented.
Requests after the reservation are considered valid if received via e-mail or chat and accepted with acknowledgement from us.

In “reason for payment”, please include the Last Name or Reference of the reservation.
Our cancellation policies, which are understood to be accepted upon submission of the 30% deposit, are as follows:
- In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned, we give the possibility to recover it with a Voucher to be used during the current season or possibly even in the next season (winter/summer)
- NO SHOW from 7 days to the day of arrival 100% of the amount of the stay.
- For any interruptions of the stay nothing is due for restitution.
In all cases we strongly recommend that you insure your vacation to cover cancellations, trip interruptions or cancellations at a cost of 4.8 percent of the total booking amount. By accessing the Care4You Policy you are protected on both the penalties to be paid and the deposit (which will be returned to you net of the deductible)

The same protects you in case of:
- Reservation cancellation due to illness or serious accident of the guest for whom the stay was booked;
- Serious accident or sudden serious emergency resulting in hospitalization of a member of the guest’s family;
- Serious damage (theft, fire, etc.) to the guest’s property (house, apartment) necessarily requiring his or her presence.
In each of the above cases, it is necessary to submit a certificate stating the reason for the cancellation (medical certificate/law enforcement certificate, etc.).
The service covers only the cancellation of the entire stay and cannot be adopted in case of any delayed arrival or early departure.
Check in is after 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and the room must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

A quality three-star hotel. We stayed at this hotel in the first week of July, two adults and a child. The location is perfect for those using ski lifts, a delightful kitchen, kind and helpful staff, a brand-new spa for relaxing and an area to entertain children. Our stay was unforgettable, we will come back for sure!

I stayed at this hotel again with my boyfriend for a few days over Easter, and we again had a great time. Great location to reach both center and lifts on foot. Staff very helpful, friendly and always there!

We had a memorable week here, from the 25th of February to the 2nd of March. Strategic position, close to ski lifts, ski schools and close to the center. The kitchen is refined, and the quality is excellent, service is impeccable, the rooms are always clean and warm. I would like to mention Andrea and Alessio, two dynamic and very funny entertainers, who were able to perfectly entertain not only children but also us adults. Last but not least, the area wellness with heated indoor and outdoor pool is suggestive, especially on a snowy evening. Oh, I almost forgot to write about all the staff and the owners, who were really nice!
We stayed at this hotel for a short ski holiday. I was stunned seeing how clean the hotel is, it was immaculate. The staff is very kind and always there for customers. The facility is cozy and well organized. The same thing can be said for the wellness area. Organizing it by bookable shifts to avoid too much crowding was an amazing idea! The quality of the food at the restaurant measures up to the quality of the hotel. Close to the ski lift, I highly recommend this facility.
