By booking this room, every guest will have exclusive access to our wellness area for moments of pure relaxation. You can choose between half board or full board, with a refined a la carte menu and a rich breakfast buffet or served in your room (on request and at extra charge). We offer a large outdoor car park and a covered garage, as well as a new ski-room that turns into a bike-room in the summer season. For children and teenagers, there is a baby-room and a teen-room where they can have fun in the company of new friends.

To book your room you can contact us by email or by phone.

We will require your first name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address, to which a confirmation email will be sent.

The confirmation e-mail summarizes all reservation details, which are considered accepted upon payment of the deposit, which will be 30% of the stay; we do not accept confirmations by phone only as the reservation details cannot be documented.

Requests after the reservation are considered valid if received via e-mail or chat and accepted with acknowledgement from us.

In “reason for payment”, please include the Last Name or Reference of the reservation.

Our cancellation policies, which are understood to be accepted upon submission of the 30% deposit, are as follows:

  • In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned, we give the possibility to recover it with a Voucher to be used during the current season or possibly even in the next season (winter/summer)
  • NO SHOW from 7 days to the day of arrival 100% of the amount of the stay.
  • For any interruptions of the stay nothing is due for restitution.

In all cases we strongly recommend that you insure your vacation to cover cancellations, trip interruptions or cancellations at a cost of 4.8 percent of the total booking amount. By accessing the Care4You Policy you are protected on both the penalties to be paid and the deposit (which will be returned to you net of the deductible)

Of course, for a peaceful stay without surprises, it is our advice to take out a BOOK WITHOUT THOUGHTS policy.

According to current regulations, a late arrival, cancellation or interruption of your stay triggers penalties against you.

To avoid such unpleasantness, we suggest that you take out insurance in case of trip cancellation.

The same protects you in case of:

  • Reservation cancellation due to illness or serious accident of the guest for whom the stay was booked;
  • Serious accident or sudden serious emergency resulting in hospitalization of a member of the guest’s family;
  • Serious damage (theft, fire, etc.) to the guest’s property (house, apartment) necessarily requiring his or her presence.

In each of the above cases, it is necessary to submit a certificate stating the reason for the cancellation (medical certificate/law enforcement certificate, etc.).

The service covers only the cancellation of the entire stay and cannot be adopted in case of any delayed arrival or early departure.

Check in is after 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and the room must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

When it comes to checking out, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 am.

Different times can be arranged directly at the reception.

You will be charged €45.00 for staying in the room until 6 p.m. if the room is available.

The payment (for the stay and extras) is made at the end of the stay and can be made by cash, check or credit/debit card. Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and Maestro.
